There is no hard limit from our tool. The only constraint is your browser's memory. We recommend keeping it under 50 files for best performance.

Will merging reduce the quality of my PDF?

No. Merging PDFs with pdf-lib preserves the original quality of all pages. The content is copied exactly as-is into the new document.

Does it work with password-protected PDFs?

Currently, only unprotected PDFs can be merged. If your PDF is password-protected, you'll need to remove the password first before merging.
