Can I rotate individual pages differently?

Yes. Each page has its own rotate buttons. You can rotate different pages by different amounts — they don't have to all face the same direction.

Will rotating reduce the quality of my PDF?

No. Rotation only changes the page orientation metadata. All content — text, images, vectors — is preserved exactly as-is with zero quality loss.

Can I rotate by other angles like 45°?

The PDF standard only supports 90° rotations (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°). This tool supports 90° clockwise and counterclockwise rotations.
